Refund Policy

At RAPIDeSIM, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our digital products. However, due to the nature of our services, certain conditions apply to our refund policy. Please review the following terms carefully to understand the circumstances under which a refund may be granted.

 

1. Non-Compliance with Terms or Consumer Rights

If the Service does not comply with these Terms or consumer rights, the User may inform us to request a potential refund according to the conditions outlined below.


2. Conditions for Full Refund

A full refund will be provided only if the following conditions are met:
2.1. The eSIM must be purchased directly from RAPIDeSIM and not through any Third Party.
2.2. The eSIM must not be installed or activated.
2.3. The purchase occurred within the last 5 days.

 

3. Refunds for Incompatible Devices

Refunds may also be provided if the eSIM was downloaded onto an incompatible or locked device, provided that conditions 2.1 to 2.3 are met.

 

4. Non-delivery of the Product

If, following a problem with the postal service, the User does not receive a delivery email, RAPIDeSIM may require proof that the User has submitted a report to the postal service describing the missing item before issuing a refund.

 

5. Irreparable Defects with eSIM

If irreparable defects occur with the eSIM, the User may submit a request for a refund. All refund requests for this reason are subject to approval by our support team.

 

6. Product Not Conforming to the Description

If the eSIM does not conform to its description, the User may request a refund. Such requests are processed on a case-by-case basis and subject to RAPIDeSIM’s approval. Users are encouraged to review all product details before purchasing.

 

7. Important Conditions

7.1. No refunds will be provided for cases where the User is unaware of their device’s eSIM compatibility. We recommend consulting the device manufacturer's website or contacting us to confirm compatibility before purchase.
7.2. No refunds will be issued if the User deletes the eSIM from their device. Deleted eSIMs cannot be reinstalled, and it is the User's responsibility to manage their eSIM profiles properly. RAPIDeSIM will not provide refunds for accidental deletion, loss, or any other circumstance that results in the eSIM being removed from the device.
7.3. No refunds will be issued if the User fails to comply with RAPIDeSIM’s Acceptable Use Policy. Internet service interruptions or speed reductions that occur due to usage abuse will not qualify for a refund.

 

8. Refund Fee

In the event of a refund, a transaction fee of $3 or 20% of the order value (whichever is greater) will be deducted from the refund amount.


9. Refund Time

Once a refund is approved, it may take up to 15 days from the date of the refund request or approval for the funds to be processed.
