Can I add more data to my eSIM later?
Yes. A RapideSIM eSIM is rechargeable. You add data to the eSIM already installed on your phone — there is no second QR code to scan and no reinstallation.
How to add data
- Open the top-up and usage page.
- Enter the order number from your original confirmation email.
- Pick the data package you want.
- Pay. The data lands on your existing eSIM within seconds.
Your eSIM profile, your phone settings and your line name all stay exactly as they are. Nothing to delete, nothing to install again.
Your order number is the key
Every top-up is tied to the order number sent with your first purchase. Keep that confirmation email, or note the number somewhere you can reach it while travelling — it is the only thing you need to recharge, and it is also what shows you your remaining balance.
Before you run out, not after
You can top up at any point: with data left, or once the plan is used up. There is one practical difference. While you still have data, you can reach the top-up page over the eSIM itself. Once the plan is empty the eSIM goes offline, so you will need Wi-Fi — a hotel, a café, an airport — to load the page and pay. Topping up while you still have a few hundred megabytes left avoids that hunt.
What the new package changes
The package you add comes with its own data amount and its own validity period, both shown before you pay. Check them at that step: a top-up is a new plan added to the same eSIM, not an extension bolted onto the previous one.
Where to go
Top up your eSIM and check your balance — or read the step-by-step recharge guide if you would rather see it screen by screen.
