How can I see how much data is left on my eSIM?
Enter your order number on the RapideSIM top-up and usage page. It shows the data remaining on your eSIM and every plan attached to it. There is no app to install and no account to create.
What you need
Only the order number from your confirmation email. It identifies your eSIM, so the same number gives you both the balance and the ability to add more data.
What the page shows
- The data left on the plan currently running.
- Every plan linked to that eSIM, including any top-up you have added.
- The packages available if you want to recharge.
The counter in your phone settings is a different number
iPhone and Android both keep their own tally of cellular data per line — Settings › Cellular on iPhone, Settings › Network & internet › SIMs on most Android phones. That counter is useful for a rough idea of which apps are eating your data, but it is your phone counting, not your plan. It only resets when you reset it by hand, so after a previous trip it can be wildly out of step with your actual balance. When the two disagree, the top-up page is the one that decides.
Check before you need to
Once a plan is exhausted the eSIM goes offline, and you then need Wi-Fi to reach the top-up page at all. A quick look at your balance every couple of days — or before a long travel day — is what keeps that from happening at the wrong moment.
